What do I need to get my construction permit ?

A Basic set of plans will include:

1. Site Plan

2. Floor Plan (existing and new)

3. Elevation and Section

4. Framing, Roofing and Foundation Plans

5. Construction Plans, General construction information

6. Construction Details and Notes

We print our set of Drawings in a 26”x36” bond paper (A1 Format)                               A PDF file is provided upon request to the project owner for additional copies.

Every City's  Planning Division could request different or extra information based on the project or  permit applied for, but most Cities will request this basic package to start your permit process.

Contractors : We can research the property information and City's planning requirements in order to successfully expedite your permit.
